Carlos Contreras

Carlos Contreras is a bilingual Realtor® with Caprika Realty who works with clients in English and Spanish. He was born in New York and grew up in Maryland, about ten minutes from downtown Annapolis, so much of his work is in the area he has known since childhood.

Carlos moved into real estate in 2020 after a career in client service, and it shows in how he works: quick replies, comfort with technology and a head for numbers. He helps buyers and sellers in Annapolis and Edgewater and across Maryland, including Bowie, Rockville and Ellicott City, and he draws on the experienced agents around him at Caprika when a deal calls for it.
