Brendan Spear

Brendan Spear is the broker and owner of Caprika Realty, the brokerage he runs with his wife, Chelsea. He has been licensed in real estate since 2005. The team helps people buy and sell homes in Annapolis and across Anne Arundel County, including Crofton, Severna Park, Arnold, Crownsville, Odenton and Millersville, as well as nearby Bowie, Laurel and Greenbelt.

Brendan built Caprika on referrals and long-term relationships. He wants clients to understand each step before it happens and to feel informed while the deal is underway, and he keeps in touch long after closing. Clients have left the team well over a hundred Google reviews, and they often describe it as responsive, patient and knowledgeable.
