Exploring InGrano in Annapolis Maryland
Discover InGrano, a charming new café in West Annapolis offering expertly crafted coffee, delicious breakfast and lunch options, and a unique Supper Club experience in the evenings. Perfect for work meetings or leisurely hangouts, InGrano combines a cozy ambiance with fresh ingredients and friendly service.

A few days ago, I met up with some of my team from Caprika at InGrano, a café that just opened at 17 Annapolis Street in West Annapolis. We’d been hearing a lot of buzz about this place, and since most of us hadn’t been before, it seemed like the perfect excuse for a meet-up. Our plan was to get some work done on a project, but we soon found ourselves fully immersed in the ambiance, food, and—of course—the coffee.
As soon as we walked in, I could tell InGrano had that perfect mix of modern and cozy. They have this live-edge wooden bar by the register that’s hard to miss, a greenery wall with a neon sign that gives the place a fresh, Instagram-worthy feel, and plenty of natural light pouring in through big windows. We noticed the outdoor seating, too, which is always a plus on a sunny day in Annapolis. It felt like one of those places that’s stylish but welcoming, a spot where you could hang out all day or just grab a quick coffee.

Naturally, coffee was the first thing we ordered. The staff here really knows their way around a coffee bean, and every cup was beautifully crafted with latte art that had us all snapping photos. We tried the Walnut Brown Sugar and Honey Lavender lattes—both amazing—and the espresso was perfectly rich and smooth. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you want to slow down and savor it. And the baristas were genuinely friendly, offering suggestions and explaining the flavor profiles without rushing us, which made the experience even better.

The menu doesn’t stop at drinks; it’s packed with breakfast and lunch options that all look equally good. Our group tried the avocado toast, breakfast burrito, and salmon toast, which were all as delicious as they were photo-worthy. They’re also incredibly accommodating with dietary preferences, and you can tell they put thought into every ingredient. They had a variety of freshly baked pastries and breads, too, which rotate daily—so you always have a reason to come back and see what’s new.
And here’s something cool: InGrano isn’t just a café. They host a special “Supper Club” in the evenings, transforming into a cozy dinner spot with globally inspired dishes and unique cocktails. Think dim lighting, seasonal ingredients, and a little taste of different cuisines from around the world. From what I’ve heard, it’s ideal for a relaxed date night or even just to try something a bit out of the ordinary in Annapolis. They bring in new flavors every few months, so you can experience a fresh culinary twist each season.

It’s safe to say InGrano isn’t just another coffee spot; it’s a full experience, whether you’re there for breakfast, lunch, or their special evening events. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch coffee, delicious food, and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, this is the place to be. Annapolis has a lot of great cafés, but InGrano brings something new to the table. It’s definitely worth adding to your list of must-visit places!
