We respect how stressful it can be to go through the process, and like you, we hear some real estate stories that make us shudder. We do everything in our power to make sure you are sharing your stories to your contemporaries, but with glowing reviews. We treat you the way we would want to be treated.
Chelsea and I live in Annapolis and our office is just down the street in Crownsville, right next to the post office. It is the building with the subway in it. Although Caprika is licensed in Maryland, Virgina and DC. We focus our attention to Annapolis and the surrounding areas. That said, I have also personally done a fair amount of business in Prince Georges County in areas like Bowie and Greenbelt seeing as we used to live there.
I said we are a small boutique shop and we plan to stay that way. We focus all our energy on giving the best possible service to each and everyone of our clients.
For us, being your Realtor is more then just a job. This is who we are and what we do before, during and after the transaction. We survive primarily by referral, so you can imagine our mission is to provide such great care and service to you, our client, that you refer us to at least two people because you want your peers to have the same sensational experience you had. The realty is many realtors spend a lot on self promotion. We would rather put that energy into you.
Outside of raising a family, Caprika realty is our full-time gig. Our household survives entirely on real estate. I mention this because I want you to know you are not getting some part time agent that moonlights with your money. We help people buy and sell day in and day out. I change my voicemail everyday so you know when I’ll be available and returning phone calls in the event that I can’t pickup when you call.
Lastly, one of the most important aspects of any good service is communication. We work tirelessly to make ourselves as available as possible, but when we are not, you will know when we can get back in touch.
